I can imagine a supernatural/paranormal thriller based on this idea. Someone has this cell phone and it has magical superlative powers where the dude can see what his girl or any girl he catches in the picture frame would look like at any weight up to 1600lbs, and magically with a click of a button, show blows up to that size.
